Our diabetes clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic offered through the Alliston Family Health Team located at 36 Victoria St W in Alliston.

 

Our diabetes management team is here to support you on the road to effective self management of your diabetes.  Together we work to provide you with the knowledge, tools and skills you will need to take control of your health.
