The Geriatric Program runs in conjunction with the Alliston Family Health team, provides support for our at risk seniors living within the community.

This is achieved by connecting patients with community resources and programs, supporting caregivers, running workshops that focus on education and relevant issues and referring to our Geriatric specialist physician when required.

The Geriatric program offers support and care for age related health conditions and early identification and treatment of cognitive impairment.
